I am currently 12 weeks and 1 day pregnant today. Is it possible my conception date was Dec 23, 2020?

According to the information you gave it is likely you conceived around Jan 13, 2021.

It would not be possible for you to have conceived in December if you are currently 12 weeks pregnant, the conception would have occurred mid January.
