“Concerned about bumps?”

So I have a question regarding STDs I guess. I've noticed little bumps around the top of my labia recently, they're not painful or itchy, just little barely visible bumps that are about the size of pinpricks. Me and my partner were virgins before we met and we're also both female, so anytime we actually do have skin-to-skin contact no penetration is involved. I don't want to have to make a doctor's appointment or go get tested unless I really absolutely have to since I'm underage and don't want to have to talk to my parents about any of this.
