You should see a gastroenterologist. You can do Miralax and an enema, but I would want to examine your abdomen.
Try both Dulcolax and Miralax twice daily until a bowel movement (BM) is achieved then continue this or titrate up and down as needed to have a BM every day or every other day. Increase fiber in your diet.
