“Cough and feel like throwing up”
I have a dry cough and sore throat but when I cough I feel like throwing up and I have Diarrhea but nothing no fever no headache now runny nose nor a cold

Coughing can cause a vaso-vagal reaction, which is commonly associated with nausea. Do not be suprised if you faint. You sore throat should be checked for streptococcus. See your family doctor.
