“Crooked index finger surgery?”
My goddaughter who lives in Colombia was born with a crooked index finger. She is 3 years old and the Colombian health system is not really doing anything for her. I am willing to pay for her treatment. The problem is I don't know where to start. Obviously, we need to refer to a surgeon here (I live in Seattle) but I don't know whom to call.
Any recommendations? Any idea about the cost will also help a lot.

Google Pediatric hand surgeon or Pediatric Surgeon should suffice.
This may or may not be fixable. I would recommend you look locally for a pediatric hand surgeon to get an opinion.
There is a wonderful Children’s Hospital in Seattle, allied with the U of Washington. Call for an appointment to see a pediatric hand surgeon. You can be proactive and send photos of the hand and fingers before making the trip from Colombia.
