“Did I damage my eyes from my behavior?”
I was psychotic and was washing my eyes continuously, like every day for 2-3 months under tap water from the home sink. I just wanna know if I suffered blepharitis, MGD, dry eyes because of that? I feel so stupid, for destroying my healthy eyes.

A complete ophthalmologic exam should be performed to determine the cause of your symptoms.
It could be dry eyes
I would not recommend washing your eyes with tap water, but it may not have led to the specific problems you describe. Tap water is not sterile and you could get a bad eye infection. The blepharitis and MGD are more eyelid problems.
