“Diverticulitis attack?”

Almost two weeks ago, I went to the hospital for diverticulitis. I stayed for four days when I left the pain on my left side was gone. I finished my antibiotics yesterday earlier today I had a few bowel movements. Later today I noticed I was having spasms in the spot that hurt when I was at the hospital (left side of the stomach). And I haven't gone to the bathroom tonight. I'm not in any pain but I was wondering if this was normal?
