“Dizzy, nausea, breathless?”
I am a 55 year old male. 1) My bp drops by 15mm when i stand. HR goes up 20 to 30. Breathless dizzy. Been 1 year. No diagnosis by specialists. Ecg, bloods, xray normal. Always weak tired. Any doctors can advice what to do? 2) Worse now. Past 3 months cant breathe, blocked. Pressure in chest, throat, ears, head. Nose blocked. Ears ringing continuously. Take antacid helps a bit. But does not resolve. Stomach bloated. Nausea. Can't walk much. Lie in bed. What are these symptoms? Please advice a plan as I ran out of options?

Stock compression and fluids till bb seen for more tests. Drop in blood pressure could be primary to autonomic sys. or secondary and treatment accordingly.
