Do I have a Head Injury?

Yesterday I was playing dodgeball at school and while running to get the ball I accidentally ran into someone. I went knee first into ground and then head to other persons knee. I don't think the impact was that hard but I'm paranoid about any impacts to the head as I had a pretty bad concussion when I was 10 (fell at the pool and lost consciousness) and another pretty mild one while playing a sport. I didn't have any head pain / nausea and tested my balance by standing on one foot and was fine. I thought I was 100% fine but I did the eye test where I followed my finger moving from left to right and my right eye jumped as I tracked my finger. Other than that I didn't have any symptoms other than a weird sensation in my head (Kind of like when you have a cold) and anger for the past 2 days (I was mad I even played in the first place and hate how easily I could have avoided this).

I truly believe you are going to be fine. It sounds like you had no sequelae from your prior trauma at 10. This episode also seems minor with no loss of consciousness and no major loss of function. Other than some mild headaches I don't think you will experience any major problems. Stop blaming yourself for having a little fun. Life is full of predicaments or risks but those that are not majorly risky are what makes it worth living.
Hitting your head on anything qualifies as a head injury. Only those that lead to prolonged symptoms or are associated with a loss of consciousness are of any concern, neither of the 2 you have had sound to be of concern. Leon Rosenberg
