What do I have to say for a doctor to take me seriously about having worms in me?

I’m not sure what thats a picture of, but you can place whatever that is in a sterile container that you can get from any medical facility and bring it in to your doctor for analysis. That might help both of you determine what it is, and treat as indicated.

Tell the doctor your symptoms. If worms are the cause, he or she will diagnose them. Some patients think they have worms, but do not I will not schedule a new patient who self refers for parasites because usually I cannot help them and we waste his//her time and my time

Thanks for the question. I'm not clear what I'm looking at here. If you are showing something emanating from the skin, bring it to your doctor for attention, along with the photos. Not all such excresences are worms. There is a syndrome called Morgani's Syndrome, with protein that looks worm-like.
