Sounds like it’s likely but get a gynecologist to take a peek with a diagnostic laparoscopy. New society guidelines state we should treat you even if you don’t get to have surgery to see it.
Hi, I'm concerned about the bleeding I would first start out by looking at this information first: https://iowawomenshealth.com/pelvis/vaginal-bleeding/. If you feel it could still be endometriosis than please see this information: https://iowawomenshealth.com/condition/endometriosis/
I'm very curious to your case, but it's important for you to see a specialist.
Endometriosis is definitely a possible cause of the pain you are having, but there are other possible causes as well. The only way to be sure is to get an exam to see exactly where your pain is and probably get an operation (laparoscopy) where we look inside your abdomen to see if we can see a cause of pain. The operation would be the only sure way to see endometriosis to be sure that is what you have.

It is a possibility. Is there a family history. There are some tests like laparoscopy if yiur Doctor thinks appropriate. There are also some medications that can be helpful.
It would be a good time to consult your physician if you have not done this.
Endometriosis is definitely high on the possibility list. Unfortunately, the only way to truly diagnose it is via surgery.
