Do all on four dental implants look real?

I am a 44 year old male. I want to know if all on four dental implants look real?

This is part of the objective however lack of sufficient bone and poor healing greatly influence the final result.
You are essentially wearing a denture that you don't take out.
Not sure what kind of prosthesis is going to be used but it should look real.
The implants are titanium metal - they don’t look like teeth.
The short answer to this question is yes. This is the closest we have to teeth. Implants, especially an all-on 4 type of procedure, will allow you to chew properly again, allowing you better
digestion and better absorption of the foods you eat. Along with the confidence to smile and talk with others knowing you have teeth that stay in your mouth!!

Pretty much they do. Of course, it depends on the quality of material being used as well as the lab expertise and eyes of the doctor who delivers them.
