Do all tumors show up on CT scans?

I am a 59 year old male. I want to know if all tumors show up on CT scans?

The short answer is no. The sensitivity of CT depends on whether it was with or without contrast and the size/location of the tumor.
Unfortunately, if the tumors are small in size then they will not show up on CT.
Nothing in medicine is 100 percent my friend. They need to be over a certain size. Like a few mm in most cases. But most importantly, the radiologist looking at the CT needs to look for and see them. So it’s mostly missed by humans not the machine.
No. If a tumor is very small or in a difficult location they may not be apparent on CT.
