The risk of radiation from a single mammogram causing a problem is essentially zero, however radiation exposure is cumulative over a lifetime and the appropriate workup for a breast lump in a 15yo is indeed ultrasound. Breast tissue in a very young woman also tends to be dense, limiting the sensitivity of mammography. If there is high clinical suspicion for malignancy (which does not sound to be the case in your daughter), then a mammogram may be appropriate.
Does an abdominal CT scan show colon polyps?
A regular CT scan, no. CT virtual colonoscopy can.
X-ray results?
It means the left diaphragm is elevated, possibly due to trauma or nerve damage/paralysis, and the lung tissue adjacent to it is compressed and not taking in air normally.
Do all tumors show up on CT scans?
The short answer is no. The sensitivity of CT depends on whether it was with or without contrast and the size/location of the tumor.
MRI results?
I would see a neurosurgeon if you are having neck pain or upper extremity pain/tingling/numbness/weakness.
Covid and radiology (mammogram)?
No relation between the two, you can get the vaccination any time after mammogram.
