Most babies have normal physiologic nasal congestion at one month of age. This is a common age to experience colic too. However they are not related

It is not one of usually listed symptoms. Advise obtaining bulb syringe for aspiration of nasal secretions
This is not a symptom of colic but may be an associated condition.
