“Does my daughter have scabies?”
Last night I took my 7year old to the emergency room because she broke out into bumps. She was playing at school and she said someone pushed her into an ant bed. When she was seen by the doctor he said that she had scabies which I totally disagreed and instantly wanted a second opinion because he didn't do any test to confirm what he was saying was a 100% true. What are the symptoms of scabies?

Likely fire ant bites. Scabies is between the fingers and toes and does not welt up like that. Cortaid creme calms it down as does Benedryl
