I have sciatica and it hurts bad. I want to take medications. Do painkillers help sciatica?

Most of sciatica is caused by weakness on gleuteal muscles and tendonitis on above muscles. Prolozone therapy will be the best to fix those torn ligaments.

Depends on your situation. Sometime Medication helps. But you need to be evaluated by qualified physician to form an individualized treatment plan since every patient is different
They may especially the anti-inflammatory medicine like ibuprofen or the nerve medication like gabapentin. Sometimes an injected steroid is necessary.
