Do painkillers help sciatica?

I have sciatica and it hurts bad. I want to take medications. Do painkillers help sciatica?

Most of sciatica is caused by weakness on gleuteal muscles and tendonitis on above muscles. Prolozone therapy will be the best to fix those torn ligaments.

They may especially the anti-inflammatory medicine like ibuprofen or the nerve medication like gabapentin. Sometimes an injected steroid is necessary.
