Do white spots after braces go away?

I am a 24 year old female. I want to know if white spots after braces go away?

There is a way to reduce the appearance of white spots. Talk to your dentist to see if MI Paste treatment will help your specific case.
It depends on how severe those white spots are. By using some MI Paste toothpastes, you can reduce some of those decalcified/white spots. Please ask your dentist to prescribe MI Paste for you.
Good afternoon,

That is a great question. Typically, the white spots are caused by demineralization. These can fade, but typically do not go away on their own.

Kind regards,

Cynthia
It may be "decalcification" and normally not go away. However, the white spots can be covered by providing some menerals on the tooth or bonding composite material on top of it.
If they are superficial they may go away by using Fluoride, but most often they need to be filled.
