“Do you think smart watches with heart rate are accurate?”
Do you think smart watches with heart rate are accurate? My watch has been reading crazy numbers going from 40 up to 110 and 160 down to 80 it fluctuates a lot which had me concerned until I manually took my heart rate while watching the watch it and it was off by at least 20 beats per minute. If I lose my arm that it’s on it goes up.

As you have noted, the pulse watch can pick up other movements and vibration that are not pulsation.
