The stent will not make your blood pressure go down. I’m sure your doctor will make suggestions about lifestyle changes. Exercise weight loss and a better diet will help to lower blood pressure. You might want to ask your doctor about a referral to a cardiac rehab program which will help with those lifestyle changes. Good luck!!
