Lemon juice has a pH between 2-3, making it as much as 100 000 times more acidic than water. Even if you dilute it with water, it is still extremely acidic. Acid is the only substance that not only weakens, but destroys enamel. Regular consumption of lemon juice will absolutely weaken your enamel on your teeth. The only way to strengthen them is to apply fluoride, either via toothpaste, or in higher concentration at your dental office. That will make the enamel stronger to resist the acid in lemon juice and other acidic foods. Good luck.

Lemon water not only weakens teeth but also makes them more prone to dental decay and discolouration The same goes for Yoghurt
