I have receding gums. What can I do? Does mouthwash help receding gums?

Depending on the active ingredients in the mouth rinse, it can help with reducing bacterial load and plaque control. However, it will not help "gain back" the gum that has already receded. Depending on the severity of gum recession, intervention may be warranted.
No it does not help receding gums. Great question. However, if your abrasion is from too hard of tooth brushing it can freshen your mouth up easily.
