I have anxiety and want to treat it. Does sleep and rest help anxiety?

Rest, sleep are lifestyle issues and will help with general health. Anxiety is better addressed more directly with meditation and relaxation strategies.
Sleep is helpful for overalll health. In order to target anxiety, relaxation skills, meditation, and massage are helpful. I would also recommend outpatient treatment with a cognitive behavioral psychologist.
