Does spinal anesthesia cause memory loss?

I am a 33 year old female. I want to know if spinal anesthesia causes memory loss?

No, find another reason for your memory
NO, but if you are anxious and you are given a benzodiazepine, then you may not remember much around the time of surgery (as expected from any benzodiazepine drug).
Spinal anesthesia has no documented effects of memory loss however every case is unique so if you had any complications with your procedure than it is better to consult your anesthesiologist through surgeon to discuss individual issues.
