“Drainage from my penis?”
I am a 72 year old man and I have drainage from my penis overnight. It's been happening for about a month. I have been trying to get a erection but I can't that's when I get the drainage.

Usually this comes from the periurethral glands it is a natural discharge from penile stimulation.
This all depends on what your drainage is - as, is it simple semen drainage? From having erotic thoughts, that is a nocturnal emission. Or, are you leaking urine in conjunction with worsening lower urinary tract symptoms in your age group? I highly suggest you seek a consultation with your local urologist.
