Bissy tea, also known as kola nut tea, is made from the seeds of the kola tree and is known for its caffeine content. If someone has been drinking alcohol earlier in the day and then consumes bissy tea, there are a few potential considerations:

1. **Caffeine Content:** Bissy tea contains caffeine, which is a stimulant. Drinking caffeine while alcohol is still in the system can mask some of the depressant effects of alcohol. This means that a person might feel more awake and alert than they would otherwise, even if they are still impaired by the alcohol.

2. **Dehydration:** Both alcohol and caffeine can be dehydrating. Consuming bissy tea after alcohol might exacerbate dehydration, which can lead to increased thirst, headaches, and other discomfort.

3. **Digestive Distress:** Caffeine can also have a mild diuretic effect, which means it may increase urine production. This could potentially worsen any dehydration caused by alcohol.

4. **Combined Effects:** The combined effects of alcohol and caffeine can be unpredictable. People may feel less intoxicated than they actually are, which could lead to risky behaviors, impaired judgment, or increased accidents.

5. **Individual Tolerance:** People vary in their tolerance to both alcohol and caffeine. Some individuals may be more sensitive to the effects of caffeine, while others may have a higher tolerance. This can influence how they are affected by the combination of alcohol and bissy tea.

It's important to note that there is no straightforward answer to how someone will react when combining alcohol and caffeine, as individual responses can vary widely. However, as a general rule, it's usually safer to avoid consuming caffeine-containing beverages like bissy tea when you have consumed alcohol, especially if you are still under the influence of alcohol.

If you have concerns about your alcohol consumption or how it might interact with other substances, it's advisable to speak with a healthcare professional or a substance abuse counselor who can provide guidance and support tailored to your specific situation.
A small amount of bissy tea is Ok but if you have too much alcohol it is not good. I will not drink a lot of alcohol and drink bissy tea because it has a lot of caffeine, very high dose of this tea, which can increase anxiety, dizziness, and nervousness.
There should be NO harm
