On a recent ECG, these waves were reported as:
P/QRS/T axis is 82/ -30 / 87 deg, along with the notation "horizontal axis." Are all these waves abnormal, and if so, what is/are the implication(s)?

Female | 75 years old
Complaint duration: 2 months
Medications: none
Conditions: wide qrs, sinus rhythm

A QRS axis of -30 is mildly abnormal. I would need to see the tracing to render an opinion.
