If the heart murmurs come and go, we call it a functional heart murmur which means there is no abnormality of the heart valves . Usually this condition requires no treatment.
If you have heart murmurs they are always there, they don’t come and go. What happens is they may appear when the heart is contracting during systole or when the heart muscles relax during diastole. Murmurs represent disturbance of flow or turbulence across the valve. When the valve opening is too narrow there is turbulence when blood has to force its way through the opening. Same thing happens when the valves cannot close or come together blood is rushing through continuously. Abnormal holes in the septum, partitions within the heart, can also create these abnormal sounds.
Heart murmur is due to heart valves problem. They do not go away. When you do hemodynamics, they may get better.
