“Ear pains and headache?”
I have left ear pain after being hit by the door. Pain in, behind, and around the ear. Little pain in the right ear. Pain below the left eye.

Being hit by a door hurts. I'm sure it's sore
The origin of the pain is most likely from the jaw joint and not the ear persa unless there is a fracture I would expect symptoms to resolve over the next several days.
You should proceed to the ER you need imaging to include CT head and CT temporal bones and face to rule out temporal bone fracture, facial trauma, and /or an intracranial hemorrhage.
