I'm seeing the pulse in my neck?

I'm a 32 year old male. The only medication I'm on is methadone 105mg. So I can visibly see my pulse in 2 spots on my neck one on my right side under my chin where my jaw meets my neck this one is quite violent it stands out from a distance people can see it and ask me if I'm ok. It has been constant for the past month. The other spot is on top of my chest where my neck meets my chest. This looks slightly swollen and hard to see but it is pulsating in q huge spot middle and sides. I've had a heart monitor 2d echo EKG and stress test all came back normal slight plaque build-up on the 2d echo and premature heartbeat at times on the monitor I've been having a lot of weird feelings in my neck and head pressure behind my eyes. Neck throbbing like it's struggling to get blood through. Everything feels weird and fake when this is happening. I get pins and needles in my feet sometimes while the neck throbbing sensation. I've been so fatigued the past few months I could sleep 20 hours a day. I feel like my heart is struggling to adequately pump blood throughout my body I thought maybe I had an aneurism in my carotid artery or some kind of blockage.

Well, it sounds like you are having a lot of various symptoms which could be from numerous components, such as anxiety, depression, high blood pressure, low blood pressure, rare endocrine problems, or migraine syndromes. But depending on your body fat and anatomy, having the blood vessels visible in your neck is not that abnormal. A CT angiogram is a type of imaging that looks at the shape of the blood vessels. If you really want to see if you have an aneurysm, ask your doctor to order you one.
You might ask for a thyroid test, and also check your blood pressure’s re during episodes.
The extreme tiredness could well be a side effect of the Methadone. The list of potential side effects is quite long. Are you taking other medications as well? If you are thin or under weight, you may see venous pulsations and dilatations more than normal or overweight individuals. Advise seeing internist or cardiologist.
