Echo

I have bicuspid valve issues .I had taken echo and ecg last year .it was taken 2 times last year ...first time when I took .the report showed high heart rate and alo moderate severe valve issue..so we spoke to doctor about our anxiety issues and medications done for it..so the cardiologist agreed to repeat ecg and echo after 1 month ..that time the report was very normal..there was only a mild to moderate issue..he suggested follow up after 1 year..as there is no that much issues...now when I checked it showing severe valve issues..but I don't have any symptoms also I forgot to mention about my anxiety issues..whether result can vary due to anxiety issues..it has happened before

The degree of severity of a bicuspid aortic valve if that is what you have is not affected by anxiety. The different results you are getting suggests a technical issue with the echo. Go someplace where they really know how to do an echo like a university hospital.
Anxiety can affect your well being but should not have a major effect on the test results.
Typically a bicuspid aortic valve in a younger person will lead to aortic regurgitation (leakiness of the aortic valve) which can be categorized by severity (mild, moderate or severe). Sometimes an echo can miss things depending on the technician and the angles obtained (remember it’s a 2D image of a 3D structure). I’d consult with your cardiologist and review the images with them and discuss next steps.
