Endocrinology Help Regarding Steroids

I am a girl, I took steroids for about 2-3 months for muscle gain since I was going to the gym. I stopped taking steroids and noticed that little my little my voice got deeper. I am worried because everyone confused me for a boy. I don’t know what doctor I should go see or if there is even a way to make my voice clearer and to sound like a girl

You should go see an ENT if you are worried, but at this point there is nothing to do but wait. Do not try to modify your hormones unless directed by a physician. The voice pitch is changed by the length of the vocal cord. An ENT doctor would not offer you any kind of intervention regardless. If it really bothers you and you want to learn to regulate the pitch of your voice better, go see a speech language pathologist.
