Enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes in paraumblical region and RIF?

I have a few enlarged mesentric lymph nodes are seen in paraumblical region and RIF. The largest measuring 1.2*0.8 cm with maintained fatty hilum.

The fact that a fatty hilum is maintained is a good thing. You likely should undergo more imaging and lab work-up. 1.2*0.8 is not overly large. In fact, by convention, nodes are measured in the short axis and 0.8 is normal. Breathe, say prayers. and press on.
