Epididymal separation?

My epididymis seems to have partially separated from my left testicle, what effects does this have, and does this require treatment?

Normal and require no treatment
The two structures are separate, and if there truly is a separation, a scrotal ultrasound would be indicated. This would be very rare, and if it did, it would’ve been very painful to have that happen to you.

First of all, the epididymis is attached by a short snug mesentery to the testicle and particularly at the upper pole - so it’s possible that you may just feel some flexibility at this point in it’s attachments - but it doesn’t really separate. If it’s really bothering you then go see a local urologist for an exam.
