“Experiencing tightness and heaviness on the left side of my body?”
I have this tightness on my left side that happens like 3 or 4 times a day. After it subsides I seat and then the I have to go to the toilet pass urine. It happens mainly after I eat something or even after I drink fluid. I have been diagnosed with sugar problems which I am taking medication for and also I am on high blood pressure medicine. I also have this sensation feeling on my back which I cannot describe. Is there some kind of explanation to this?

Left side of the abdomen or chest?? I’m not clear about it. It may be from gas/bloating. Please check with your family physician.

Left-sided chest pain can be a serious condition associated with heart disease as well as less serious illnesses associated with gastrointestinal disorders, lung diseases and musculoskeletal disorder. Its occurrence after eating is suggestive of an esophageal disorder. Being diabetic and having high blood pressure are risk factors for cardiovascular disease. Please see your doctor as soon as possible for a proper evaluation of these symptoms.
