According to the tests that came back, what could be the cause of my red eyes?
Also, it's worth noting that I get red eyes during winter, once I went to the ophthalmologist in 2018 and diagnosed me with Conjunctivitis, I took eye drops he prescribed to me and they worked. The other winters my red eyes occurred they went away on their own after some weeks without medical treatment.
Also, I went to check my throat as it was dry when waking up, she said that she can see inflammation inside my throat and acid that travels all the way to sinuses, she didn't give me antibiotics yet and told me to gargle every day with baking soda. She diagnosed me with LRP (Laryngopharyngeal Reflux). She told me it could be due to Sjogren's, but I produce saliva and have no problems with saliva during the day. Also, negative ANA and CRP, so I want to get a second opinion on what could be the cause for my red eyes.

Iridocyclitis and keratoconjunctivitis sicca (basically severe dry eye ) are two different diagnosis and are treated differently. You need to have a clear diagnosis before treating. It also sounds to me that you are kinda starting and stopping drops. In most cases it takes longer than a week to see improvements. I would recommmend returning to your ophthalmologist to see what the exact diagnosis is and following their instructions as to treatment duration.
