“Feeling tired?”
Well, I’ve had a few spells of having tunnel vision in mostly my left eye. I've had a slowing heart rate to low 60 then back to 70 or 80 with right side tenderness with sometimes a bout of diarrhea. I have a history of high cholesterol and take no meds. I'm currently fatigued all the time had 3 covid tests all negative.
