“Finger numbness?”
I slept on my finger 2 nights ago and I woke up with it numb yesterday. Now only one side of my left ring finger is numb but I can still feel scratches and pain on it. I am currently taking vitamin D for my deficiency but nothing else. It started yesterday morning and gradually changes to only the side of my finger.

You likely compressed the nerve that innervates that finger. This doesn’t sound like something I would worry about, but if it doesn’t start to improve over the next few days please see your primary care physician.
This should be nothing to worry about. You likely slept on the finger and the nerve "went to sleep." This should resolve on its own over the next day or two.
