Fluctuating blood pressure?

My blood pressure fluctuates a lot. If I take it 3 times in a row it could go from 140/84 to 123/80 to 138/85 within a 15 minute period. I’ve tried different machines, times of day, etc. I’m now on blood pressure medication and while it has generally gone down, it still fluctuates like this.

Blood pressure fluctuations are normal and several factors including stress can affect it. It’s best to take your blood pressure twice a day at the same time (morning and night) for more accuracy and keep a log of it so you can show it to your physician.
