Gastritis/hiatial hernia/anemia symptoms (1 condition)?

I was diagnosed with gastritis/hiatial hernia and anemia and was hospitalized for 2 nights as a result since I'd also vomited bright red blood on the way 2 the ER. I had an endoscopy and was diagnosed with that and then was given pantoprazole, which I'm still taking. It's believed that the main cause is by my inactive Crohn's disease. My stomach (low - middle) has been in great pain off and on, but more frequently on, my heart has been racy 2x, I've had felt nauseous/dizziness 2x (luckily only lasting 2 hrs unlike b4), I'd lost my appetite once, had major headaches 2x, and my stool changes between a brownish-orange and is now a darker color. Should I seek medication attention?

Gastritis and hiatal hernia are usually chronic issues and do not convincing explain abdominal pain in most cases. In the same way, if you are already taking an anti-acid pill like pantoprazole and the pain persists, then this argues that the pain is not acid-related. Look for other explanations for pain by seeking a good GI doc.
