“Gastro issue for about a week?”
Since last week, I've been having lots of noise in my stomach area and I feel the urge to use the bathroom a lot to make a bowel movement. Sometimes I have loose stools and have diarrhea.

Multiple potential causes but most likely either food, medication or sometimes infection. If it continues see a professional.
Seems like you have a lot of intestinal irritability. The intestines may be hyperactive, moving the stool and foods too rapidly, hence all of the abdominal noises and loose stools. This may have occurred as a result of an intestinal infection, including food poisoning, which is very common and bound to happen to everyone at some point. Hopefully you will get back to normal after another week or so. If not, then see a PCP.
