“Gastro issues?”

I have been constipated for over 6 months now. As a result, I have inner hemorrhoids and several times a day mucus is released from my behind. Also, a horrible rash has formed on my neck and scalp and on the tops of my arms. I've never been a gassy person but now I have the worst gas and the loudest gas and smelly. I have blood on the toilet paper almost daily. I feel like there is a rock in my stomach area. There are times when my body decides it's time for the poop to exit my body. It is painful and it has affected my work. I've never had Anything like that happen before. I feel like there is a rip or tear down below and I just want it to go away.
