Genital warts?

I'm a 19 year old who is sexually active, I suspect to have contracted an STD/STI such as HSV2 or HPV as I see growths between my vulva. They appear as stem-like cauliflower warts. I have not been on any medication in the past months. I noticed these growths about 3 weeks ago or so. I have not consulted a health practitioner because I have no money for their services and fear of being judged. Another observation I saw is that my lymph nodes are enlarged and I've had cold-like symptoms for the past 3 days.

You should have a planned parenthood in your town. They offer low fee services. They will offer testing at little or no cost and treatment. They also can offer the HPV vaccine. As it protects against cervix cancer and genital warts. It will not eradicate current HPV. However, Without a biopsy it is hard to know the exact cause.

If one had genital warts they can be removed by TCA or a cream or by laser. Your health is important I would be seen as soon as possible.
From the appearance on the photos (and without being able to examine you), these appear to be condyloma accuminata or venereal warts. These are caused by a strain of HPV from intimate contact. You should seek resources in your community such as a Planned Parenthood or free clinic to be seen. Sometimes, when a person is exposed to one sexually transmitted infection, there may be others transmitted at the same time. Given your other symptoms, it is important to be evaluated. I understand your hesitation and embarrassment, but please know that you did nothing wrong and no one in healthcare is going to judge you. You are a good person who was just unlucky in exposure.
