Typical for your age and prescription.
The change is not unusual at your age. However you should have a dilated, detailed retinal exam to make sure you don't have retinal problems related to high myopia.

It is not harmful. Sometimes myopia may get worse, or you may overstrain your eyes. The minus in your glasses may increase with age
Your rx may continue to increase over time. There are options to try to slow the progression such as orthokeratology or other options. The increase can put you at a higher risk of problems such as retina detachment and other eye health problems. You should be examined and dilated annually.

A minor change in your prescription is normal and common at your age

Not directly. You need to check your eye yearly.
