“HIV in my tests?”
If I recently went to the hospital and had blood drawn and a urine test to be admitted to the hospital would the doctors tell me if I had HIV in my tests?

I doubt you were tested from HIV unless there was some reason or you requested it. If positive, of course you would be told.
