“Hand numb?”
I am a 31 years old female. My left hand ring and pinky finger are numb and swollen and painful. The pinky feels like it is going to explode. It’s hard to move and it’s negative for carpal tunnel and ulnar nerve. I’ve looked up exercises to relieve it and nothing is helping I have no injuries to the area. For meds, I'm on warfarin.
