Hand numbness and tingling?

I have the following symptoms:

-Hands swollen and fingers, total numbness at time
-Hand cramping
-Ice cold hands even in hot temperatures
-Sausage fingers get shiny
-Have not decreased swelling at all taken Naproxen anti-inflammatory and prednisone
-Stings and hands and upper forearm feel tight
-Tennis player had previous elbow pain; turned into tingling and numbness solely in my hand, not arm; now it’s moving up from my hands and fingers to some tightness in forearms
-EKG showed no nerve damage, Doppler ultrasound revealed lower blood flow in my left hand it was taken at cubital fossa; it was a straight line in my left arm where with the right arm the results were wave-like
-Looking for any diagnosis answers or treatment ideas; previous doctors ordered imaging on neck, spine, head, chest no abnormalities

You mean EMG test, not EKG. Probably have tennis elbow Medial and Lateral with ulnar nerve pinch at medial elbow and carpal tunnel (median nerve) at wrist. In the early going EMG is often normal. You also probably have Raynauds (cold hands), an occasional companion to tennis elbow. Need to find a doctor experienced in these issues (not easy). Might get the book ARM CARE, Medical Sports.COM. Medical Sports is in Arlington, Virginia 1812 N George Mason Dr. 22205

Consult Rheumatology and Neurology.
Good morning,

Great history. Two things come to mind, assuming there is no obvious obstruction from trauma (spurs, scar, etc.). The one is Thoracic outlet syndrome, which is what your doctor is probably looking for with the tests ordered. The other would be a connective tissues disorder having a component of Raynaud syndrome (swelling, cold intolerance, color changes). These would be evaluated by a rheumatologist. These are both complicated and may take time to sort out, so try to be patient. Work with your physicians and they should be able to get to the cause.
Good luck.
