“Headache”
I suddenly got dizzy then got a massive painful headache. I am in excellent shape physically but have been smoking meth for 20 years.

Well, I'm glad to hear you're in excellent health. The dizzy spell can be part of a TIA ( ischemic event or migraine aura ). I suggest you consider quitting smoking, particularly meth.
