“Heart palpitations?”
I suffer from anorexia and didn't eat yesterday or today and haven't gotten out of bed except to use the restroom. A few hours ago I had what can only guess to be bad heart palpitations. The left side of my chest got a stabbing pain every so often, my ears got clogged, I was super lightheaded (and laying down), I was confused, felt the blood rushing to my feet, shakier than usual, and became very tired. hours later my chest feels a bit sore almost like heartburn, I'm very tired, feel weak, my stomach burns, and I'm nauseous.

You need to seek help for the anorexia. All of the other problems will go away if you can resolve the anorexia. Please see your psychiatrist and if he/she is not helping, then get another opinion.
