I am a 29 year old male. I want to know what side do you lay on for pancreatitis?

Pancreatitis doesn't change with position and the course of inflammation is not altered by positional change. It doesn't make any difference what side you lie on. No proof of that anywhere.
Sitting up or bending over would alleviate the pain given the location of the pancreas.
